“The Dazzling Human Torch, on the Trail of the Amazing Spider-Man”

Let’s take a short break from Amazing Spider-Man to experience the first team-up between Spidey and the Human Torch! In Strange Tales Annual #2, Spidey and the Torch team up to capture the Fox, a master thief.
There’s not much else to say about this story. It’s a classic superhero team-up, and in this case, both heroes are teenagers. Though this story is not that memorable, it marked the beginning of one of my favorite superhero friendships. We’re not there yet, and for such a long story, I wish it would have had a bit more substance.
